Architectural Request Form
This architectural request form is designed to help you obtain approval for proposed improvements, alterations, or changes to your property. Please complete this form as accurately and thoroughly as possible. Please note the ARC committee has 30 days to respond to requests.
Key Information
- Nature of your proposed improvement, alteration, or change: Clearly describe the project you intend to undertake.
- Dimensions: Provide the height, length, and width of your proposed improvement. (If Applicable)
- Details: add any plantings, excavations, or changes in grading.
- Visuals: Include photos of proposed fencing, sheds, etc. Sheds must match your home's siding and roof color.
- Plat Map: Submit a printed plat map showing the location of your proposed project. This can be a professionally rendered map or a printout from Google Earth or the local GIS. Hand-drawn maps are not accepted.
Note: Failure to provide all required information will delay the processing of your request.
